Welcome to the Track project decisions e learning focused on tracking the decisions made during the project.  

While PMI does not explicitly call out managing and tracking decisions, this process is consistent with PMI’s expectations that scope is carefully managed, which can be done by tracking all decisions that change a previously documented scope item.  While your organization may not require the use of decisions, we believe it provides an effective way of recording and tracking decisions made and escalating decision requests.
