Welcome to the Reconcile project financials e learning focused on closing the project financials.  You may not be using Project IQ for project financials, in which case you can skip this e learning.

Financial management in Project IQ has 3 parts – the Budget, which was captured when the project was first created, the Forecast, which we defined at the end of planning, and Actuals, which were recorded during execution. We now perform one final reconciliation of the project financials to ensure that all actual costs have been recorded and that all future forecasts are removed.
