Welcome to the Creating and Managing Business Cases Learning Module.
Using Sensei IQ, there are four actions for working with business cases.
First you will create and maintain the business case to ensure it contains the required information. Then, you will capture the prioritization criteria for the business case to ensure that it is appropriately prioritized for approval based on your organization’s evaluation criteria. Next you will define the resource requirements to deliver the project, typically at a high level and with generic or role-based resources. Finally, you manage the approval process to obtain senior management authorization to initiate a new project based on the business case.
