While your organization may have defined a different ideas process, Sensei IQ is based on a 2-stage process: Identify and Review. Therefore, while the principles I will describe in this e learning are the same, the specific details may vary by organization. An idea begins with the identification of a suggestion to address a business challenge or as potential new project and ends with review where the idea is reviewed and potentially selected for implementation.
